Some things that are commonly believed simply aren’t true. Take searing meat, for example. It doesn’t help keep moisture in at all – what you’re actually doing is browning it to add flavour.
A regular cup of coffee usually has more caffeine than an espresso, too. Espresso has more by volume, but the tiny cups mean you won’t drink very much.
Another common myth is that dishwashers are expensive to run. They aren’t.
